I recommend! The staff was friendly and welcoming, breakfast food was good great snacks and choices before the flight! Plenty of choices to choose from! Ambiance was busy and picked up quick, get there early! Seats were comfy, nice views can't wait to return!

This lounge has everything you need to make a long layover nice. There are private rooms you could attend a work call, cozy chair to have some down time or take a nap, a bathroom with a shower, and of course bars for food and drink. There are a lot of complaints online about being waitlisted but i appreciate that they limit the occupancy because the club doesn't get uncomfortably crowded like other lounges.

This lounge, while on the smaller side, offers a pleasant experience. The food was surprisingly good, and the drinks were well-made. However, be aware that the lounge can get quite crowded, so be prepared for a potential wait, especially during peak travel times. A definite plus was the friendly and helpful staff, which always enhances the overall experience. Despite the size limitations, I appreciated the quality of the food and drinks and the positive service.

Nice little lounge that is accessible using Priority Pass. A decent food spread and a full bar. Plenty of spots to charge devices. Staff is very welcoming and helpful. Great to have while you are sitting through the inevitable delays incurred due to the overall ineptness of the Charlotte Airport.

Really friendly workers and a decent amount of space to find your seat! Food was pretty good too but it was a little annoying to have to wait for one or the workers to serve you rather than just serving yourself. Also kind of wished they had some lemons out for the drinks.
